In Part 2 of this repair, I finish the rear knuckle bushing replacement on a 2020 Jeep Cherokee. The factory solution from Jeep is to replace the entire rear knuckle assembly, but Dorman offers replacement bushings that allow the repair to be done without replacing the whole component.

In this video I go through the process of pressing the new bushings into the rear knuckle, making sure everything is aligned properly, and getting the suspension components back together. If you’re trying to avoid replacing the entire knuckle, these Dorman bushings are a solid alternative and seem to work surprisingly well.
