Correction: I ended up SETTING it…
I sold the boat but I did have trouble getting the lock nut tight on the latch release rod. I ended up detting it and putting clear silicone on the nut and rod to keep the nut on the rod where I wanted it. Not a good fix but I was keeping an eye on it.
Do you have latching problems with your Out drive?
This exhaust bellow always with sea water inside and out side. So don’t worry about small damage in it. Second thing that when the boat plains the only exhaust will flow with cooling water.
