What about the XC90 V8 – is it included in those vehicles?

Can´t find It on my Volvo V70 1.6 D ECO DRIVE FROM 2009.

When i pulled the old one off there was no o-ring. Trying to install the new one, now i know why– Impossible to seat the spring ring with the o-ring in place. Ideas anyone? Also if the oring was sucked into the cylinder, could that cause a hard pedal -like there's no brake assist.

@Altezza1999 says:

Easiest thing I've ever done. That clip was also rather easy to deal with.

Finding it hard to source the brake pedal sensor. I have a 2006 xc70. Do you have the part number and US source. Few xc 70s were sold in uk. Many thanks, Andrew

I'm doing this job, and this video is of no help at all. You can see any of the items you're describing.

@ronanbrookes7125 says:

Do you need to bleed the brakes for this job?

@mikkopiitulainen8459 says:

Mine didn't go in until I moved the O-ring up the shaft by a bit. Don't know why but try that if you have the same problem.

Do I need to clear codes after this install?
