Volvo 240 door jammed shut for 10 years. How to remove door card without damage and fix door latch.

I created this video because I couldn’t find a video on YouTube to explain how to remove a volvo 240 or 245 door card when door wont open without damage.
Be very careful removing the thin plastic door pocket. All screws are accessible and I removed door seal, b pillar trim and door saddle so that I could free bottom of door card then lift it upwards at the back.
