Steering rack replacement: 3 to 5 hours ($400 / $800 / $1700)

In this video I helped a friend replace the steering rack on his 1998 Volvo S70. This process should be the same for all of the P80 Volvo cars from 1993 through 2000.
If you need to replace the rack on a AWD vehicle, you may need to take the drive shaft loose at the angle gear.
