Wow, I can't believe the amount of work to get at the horns. Would it not be easier to use a bone tool to pry the chrome grill out? Should it not have tabs that can be pried up and or down and then pulled forward and popped out? What would you do if only the grill had to be replaced? By watching the video, once the grill is out the horn locations are to the left and right and should be easy to get to.

Why do you took of the whole front bumper? You only need to have the grill demounted. The grill is mounted with 7 clips (3 at the bottom and 4 at the top) that you can release with a small flat screwdriver. Besides that, love the video. Very easy to follow for a forst time mechanic.
