Don't take the top trip out before you get the headlight off. It breaks easily

@DavesRabbitHole says:

My 2007 XC70 has plastic lenses, and no wipers, but it looks like it would be a fairly similar operation.

@DavidWillow-m7w says:

The bottom plastic fastener doesn’t need to be drilled, just push the center piece in.

@nitinbhugun2181 says:

Can you put these glass headlights on a 2006 car which has plastic lens?

@p0ssesst says:

@oasiasoasiaso says:

What has Volvo done? It was way easier with the V70 I (-2000).

@KlausToft says:

Lots of small differences on my car, but the video was still quite helpful. Thank you.
And I should very much like to tell the person at Volvo what I think about a design that require you to go through all that, just to change a ruddy lightbulp.
But I promised my late Granny never-ever to use that kind of language.

Great tip on the sliding/tension brackets. 8:55 I was like "hoses… Hoses… HOSES!" — exactly a mistake I would make 🙂 Also 4:38, for the love of God, designers, make a hole in the plastic for the third bolt.
