So fake.  There are some magical edits jumping over the most difficult moments of the job, in which the proper (special) tools were most likely used off camera.  Almost looks like he's pantomiming at times.  Why do this?  Note the difference between 5:14 and 5:26, where suddenly the ball joint is fully seated in the knuckle.  This video is not that helpful because it doesn't honestly represent what it takes to either remove or install the ball joint.
