How to remove and install running boards on a Volvo XC90 – VOTD

Running boards removal: 15 to 60 minutes ($40 / $240 / $375)

In this video I removed a pair of running boards from a 2006 Volvo XC90. I’m sure this process will be the same for other XC90 year models.

i just got a set of these for my 2005 xc90 but it did not come with Hardware… are the pre existing bolts on the car going to work or should they be an inch or so longer?

Could you do a video on removing a passenger door lock actuator on a volvo xc90 2004-2007?

robert, i've gotten allot of inspiration out of your diy aux radio mod and tried it on my volvo cr-906.
this being a different radio it didn't go the way described but i managed to make it work due to some things i remembered you say. If you are interested in doing such a mod on such a radio model and/or make a video about that kind of mod on this model radio i could give you some info on what i did.

Keep up the video's Robert! they're real helpfull!

cheers from holland

Those bolt locations look exactly like the stock ones on most any Volvo from that era. So theoretically could these be put on say an S60 from the same era? The two bolts just look longer but in the same location.
