The problem is the two rubber trims that run at the bottom of the window (one exterior and one interior), you can see them for example at 3:42. These trims are hooked onto the metal frame of the door, just pull them, inspect them for cracking (especially the interior one), replace if needed or clean well with a brush and water, then spray them with silicone.
i have a question if i can change whole that mechanism inside the door, do you know if it is possible?
Helpful but to much waving the camera and most of the film it is difficult to focus on the details as you speed it up. Best regards

Might be a good video if the you weren't waving the camera around the whole time. Try holding it steady next time.
