Hey guys, in this video we will show you how to remove or replace the valve body on VW GOLF Rabbit or VW Jetta MK5 with the 2.5 5 cylinder engine. This might even be helpful on VW Beetle Valve body. We demonstrated on a 2007 VW Golf Rabbit with 2.5 engine. After driving the car for 10-15 minutes the transmission will warm up and it will start shifting really hard.

Thanks for the great video. My Jetta is doing the exact same thing. Can pin point the problem to when the step-daughter ran over a pothole and ripped open the oil pan. More than likely dirt got into the valve body and worked it destructive magic. Looks like a job I can do, not anymore complicated than jobs I have successfully tackled. Thanks again.

i have one promplem in passat 2003 1,8T 170hp , when I Press the accelerator pedal that I want cross someone in my way or I try to speed up fast the car make some kik or feel like some stone was front of my car and I drive over it. The oil is fine computer test was fine and I don't know what are this.

Interesting to not show actually replacing the basic body, just pulling it. Yes, going back inn should be the reverse, but were there any issues that came up we should know about? I guess we assume there weren't since you didn't say so
I have an 06 jw jetta 2.5 and it has about 140,000 miles and it shifts hard mainly into 2&3rd gear will doing this help my problem? Also what is the recommended manufacturer oil because i think i have been using the wrong kind.
I have a code error P0732 and my car will run fine once it warms after 5mins to 10. Couple shops told me I need a new transmission but I don't think I do could it be a computer system error or need new selenoid? Transmission fluid change? I never had it serviced sitting at 116k miles
the scanner shows on my jetta 2006 2.5 5 cyl the speed sensor but it has the same problem. shifts hard after 10 or 20 min of use . what do you suggest ? should i start with the speed sensor ? or should i buy the valve body ?

which problem do you have? which diagnose are tell you that guys? i have a problem with passat 3c 2.0 fsi 150 wen is warm then switch the 2-3 gear so heavy like a foot step in the ass .
