While installing new seat covers, I could not find a good video on how to remove those headrests.
Those are the ones with the button on the side. pressing that button will make it go up a d down only but will not let you remove them.
to remove tnem, turn the left plastic cover clockwise revealing a button. press the button and pull pu the headrest.
on my driver side had to pull harder than on the passenger side, but it came out without issues.
replace the palstic covers by turning counterclockwise to lock them back.
On some cars, there may be a second button on the right arm, so need to press both simultaneously to remove the headrest.
