Good guide followed it today, just a heads up on the hazard and airbag cable for anyone else following this, it dosent need taking out just leave them connected and the top part pushed out of the way a bit otherwise you will get a airbag fault light come on if the airbag is disconnected and this will need to be turned off by a dealer or garage and can cost a fair bit. Save money , leave it in as its not in the way anyhow. Otherwise a helpful video.
Hi,just bought this nav, I've e tried to install it yesterday, all good but the unit doesn't shutdown, even when the keys are out. I got the acc wire with plug. And yellow is straight wire with no plug. Got the canbus as well. After I've played a bit yesterday i hd to call Breakdown recovery as car battery was flat. Today I've bought a jump starter and I'm looking for any advices how to make it shut off when keys are out to don't drain the battery.
DON''T BUY FROM SEICANE. They sent me a different unit from the 1 I ordered, the order had 2 pieces missing, there was no installation or user guide and no invoice. The unit will not work unless the ACC supply is connected directly to the radio so no steering wheel controls. The aftersales only answer emails at the end of their day (if at all) so that you get an "out of office" when you respond.

I have tried to install this in my 2010 polo but for some reason the unit powers on even if the keys are out of the ignition and then I can't turn the unit off even if I hold the power button or turn the car on then off again the unit stays on still :-/ the only way to turn off the unit is to disconnect it. Do u have any ideas Thanks
Would this work in my 2013 VW Passat ? right now i have the standard cd radio player OEM (not touch screen). also im not gonna get the reverse camera, would that be a problem ?
It looks nice. I first had a windows CE head unit in my Jetta, then an android a couple years ago. Both have dismal radio performance that's got my wife ticked off. Personally I don't listen to the radio but she does. Selling the Jetta for a JSW…. hows the radio reception on this S6920G?
