Watch a full tutorial as a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta will have a NVX 12″ Subwoofer and a NVX Amp installed. We will be using the stock radio and integrating it with a line-out converter providing signal to the amplifier without use of an aftermarket radio.

Could you tell me what color the left rear speaker wire is ?
Can you tap into the rear speaker output inside the rear doors, right by the speakers? Those speaker cables end up there anyways. That would be a lot easier than taking the dash apart.

Are you not supposed to use the remote in to the amp ? Why use remote out ?
Yikes! That Mk7 Jetta dash is a total PITA! Makes me grateful for my older Mk7 GTI layout; plus, the head unit is in the glovebox. Nice work, though!

My girlfriend just bought a 2021 jetta and I'm most of the way through the install. I just don't see where you set up the remote wire. Unless you rigged it to the lighter socket. Most informative video none the less. Thank you for posting 🙂

You can grab the speaker wire in the b pillar for the rears

you can run the power wire through the firewall with the power harness from factory. there's plenty of room
