Nothing beats the paint on Mercedes Benzes in the 70s and 80s.
They were thick AF. Over 200lbs in primer, paint and clearcoat what I was told.
I think that if they want paint to last longer then why don't they spray primer on first then the paint

I guess that I will count my blessings that my 2007 Kia rondo has been 98% problem free since I bought it brand new. I have just over 100,000 miles on it and it has only had a O2 sensor replaced shocks, brakes, tires, one seal dealing with the power steering pump. Based on what you said I probly won't by anouther kea.
The paint is not thick and the clear coat is way to thin. I scratch a 2021 Toyota Corolla while I did a "slim Jim" on it.
I people start seeing the paint come off Toyota's or any other vehicle it will leave a bad impression with people. Once people have bad impressions stuck in their head its really hard to over come.
Hey scotty, i drive a 2006 toyota corolla but my transmission is giving sum problem, it use to race at speed of 110 mph but wen that happen the speeder meter stop werkin the hand brake light come's on also the abs light and i have to stop the car and then drive off again for it to start workin again now the same thing starting to happen at 45 or 50 mph and its now frequently happening and the over drive stop working i have tried to fix it many time's but they dont seem to be finding the problem,wat would cause that problem???….
Give the guy a new truck. The owner worked for Toyota. Toyotas fault on painting.
