I got to do my Break Rotor and disk for my 2004 Lexus RX330. What the best break pad and rotor do you recommend?
I brought in my 2018 Sequoia to a Toyota dealership. I was experiencing electrical issues. The windows, the radio and the shifter were not working. They normally charge $140 for diagnostic, but this time they charged me $420 for diagnostic because they said it was 3 different areas to diagnose. Finally they discovered it was a couple of blown fuses & missing fuse. Did I get scammed?
Planning on keeping my '21 Sienna the long haul. What do you think of applying Fluid Film to the underbody? The Sienna has a plastic cover covering about 1/3 of the underbody and I am wondering if its necessary. I live in the Salt belt(NY). Appreciate any input.

Regarding the change of brake fluid, if it is done by deactivating the functions of the ECB( Electronic Brake Control ) brake control unit manually, is it absolutely necessary to purge any component of the system with a diagnostic machine?

Hi AMD. Thanks for the support. I have 2 queries on Breaks for a 2008 corolla:
1. Do you think I will have a problem if I applied copper slip (anti-seize) on the on the calliper bracket carrier bolt and the other bolt that screws to the slide pins (not the actual slide pin) ? Many say that the anti- seize will cause the bolt to get loose.
2. One slide pin has a rubber boot at end, and the other pin is solid. Both are the same size, and they fit on both holes. Is it a serious problem which one goes in the top and which on bottom (I cannot remember how it was when I took it out, and everyone on the on internet has different opinion)?
