William Kinn says:

It is a nice car but is now old and not that special….. who cares. Just Scotty making more air time!

Devo Jonhson says:

A friend of mine has been driving this, same color same year since new. Little over 200,000 miles on it still going strong.

James N says:

I see Toyota Solaras on a semi-regular basis.

Ed says:

Had an 06 Solara Coupe, got rid of it at 105k, 9 years old. Sometimes regret getting rid of it when it was just barely broken in. Imho it was the price and existence of the mustangs that killed them. You constantly could see me driving into a ford dealership with my solara and staring at mustangs wondering if i made an error.

S H says:

Funny, I have a short list of used cars I am going to look at and a 2006? Solara is on my list. I think it's a nice looking car.

Q- Bert says:

Now will that odometer stop at 299,999 miles? My friends Corolla odometer did.

Roland Waites says:

As far as I know, the Solara was a two door Camry, with all the good things a Camry contained.
Sadly, alot of Solara's were owned by people who did'nt properly maintain them.
I've seen alot of used ones in really beat up shape.
I mean, how do you destroy a car interior like the Solara's I've seen?
If I could find a good one,in good shape,I would definitely think about buying a hard top one.
Convertibles-even the good ones- are another nightmare especially if you can't park it in a garage everyday.

rizzle razzleuno says:

Choice of the number of doors and the selling price of the vehicle is a big factor. If you rarely or never have back seat passengers a two-door car is OK, but if you have a family (especially if you need to use car seats), a four Camry is more functional and was less cost than comparable trim Solara. Today there are very few 2 door coupes (or sedans) based on "family-size" cars, but there are still a bunch of two-door sports or "sporty" cars…….the back seats are mostly useless for most people over 5 ft tall.

Third Stooge says:

Look at all this crap in my customer's trunk!
I love this guy.
