Great show pal. ..
But.. FYI… For your students info
The fact that the radiator cap was old.
That in itself could be why the head gasket blow..
Under pressure no boil over..
Bad cap no pressure major boil over..right. ..
2). Need you/ we change both head gaskets…?
Thanks cool show pop
Keep up the good work..

I like the cleanliness of your shop. Not too many shops are clean like yours, it shows a lot of methodical work and organization.

I have to say , I consider you the Mr. Rogers of auto mechanics Lol.. .. and for the problem with the vehicle , I thought it was a fuel issue like a stuck open injector etc… but I was wrong..thanks for the informative video…

Trucker 4life says:

Take care of your car and DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT , drive the car when it’s over heat , just stop and try to figure why ? If it leaking add coolant and watch the car to NOT over heat …
Change antifreeze…thermostat…water bump
Those are important maintenance to keep your engine from not running hot ….
If your car heat with no leak , tow it don’t drive it …you will make more and more damage to the engine ….
If you’re BMW or Mercedes and your car over heat and you kept driving the car ….you gonna screw the engine right away ….

Jonathan Bolagner says:

Blown head gasket or you used seafoam just to be in yourube!??

tom ashton says:

Im betting the head is cracked, a blown head gasket will mess op two cylinders or more

The customer should have known something was wrong when he/she began to lose coolant with no obvious leak.
