if your parking brake lever in your camry takes more than 4-5 clicks before working do this first. while at a complete stop, pull up lever as far as it will go (IF YOUR STONG DONT GO NUTS HERE)then reverse car a couple of feet. repeat if necessary. this works on all toyota drum brakes. may need to do again in a few months. toyota drums don't have separate adjustment for e-brake so if your e-brake lever is out of adjustment your rear brakes are out of adjustment so basically you have no rear brakes. if you get in the habit of using your ebrake daily or weekly that may keep them adjusted too or at least you will know when they fall out of adjustment again
