Everything is spot on perfect except application of the sealer, check the toyota FSM and you will understand that the sealant must be left in a bead and put in specific areas and it will seal perfectly and last 10 to 20 years vs smearing it which will last half that time or less. Toyota designed the channels in the pan so the sealer spreads where it needs to most when you torque it down.

Wrong on a 2.2 the sub frame is in the way also the front lower motor mount calls out for 4.0 hrs in labor.
