How to replace dashboard Toyota Corolla years 1995 to 2005

hey peter finn my 2002 corolla seatbelt light wont stop flashing seat belt still works though, do i need to replace?
my emergency brake light doesn't turn off what to I need to do to fix that?

it does not work for th 2005 toyota corolla, compltely different my friend, no help at all.
in my car model it is only one plastic screw and i cant remove it, it was just rotating, what are the techniques to remove it? ty
Hello peter. on the right side of My Dashboard does not light up the bulbs in the ground that shows the engine temperature. I want to change how many watts is supposed to be? car vvti 2001
