We go thru using Techstream to program a Lexus HYQ14FBA “G-chip” Smart Key onto a Toyota Avalon which uses same board inside the key. This was a cheaper and more robust key option by sourcing a used OEM “virgin” key. We also go over how to locate your key number to get a spare shank/lockout key cut for cheap from an eBay seller.
