The headlight on the passenger’s side is off while the driver’s side is on. A guy at a car parts store opened the hood and wiggled the cable or something and the light worked again. It sould be the same. if there’s a battery in the way you may need to remove it.
Is the process the same for the headlight on the passenger side? I took my 2005 Corolla in to the mechanic to get the passenger side bulb replaced and they told me that it involved taking out some engine parts to get to the headlight.

Hi! Thanks for the video-however I could not get the spring off because my windshield wiper receptacle is right up against the housing of the light so I loosed the screws with a ratchet wrench and it was much easier to manuever-after I relaced a new bulb I replaced the receptacle -Done! By the way I’m a female so I was glad I didn’t have to find someone to do it for me (:

If the headlight is fine, you can just replace the bulb.

got the new corolla headlights in today from 1a auto….great quality…ordered headlights for 95 sunfire….made it look brand new….gonna attempt to install (05 corolla) myself this weekend….local bodyshop would charge me 75$..wish me luck

On the backside of the headlights there should be a couple of adjusting screws to accomplish this.

Yes, order the headlights meant for a Corolla S model of the same year and it’s a direct replacement..
