would autozone honor their ball joint warranty if the rubber boot on them failed? I've been reading few online forms suggest otherwise. some newer numb nuts behind the counter are giving folks a hell of a hard time honoring their lifetime warranties on legitimate failures. The two autozones in my neck of the woods have been reliable for past couple years but recently noticed newer faces and new managers and well sure enough, lot longer lines and more unhappy customers getting haggled. These guys really seem like they haven't a clue wth their doing. One guy ahead of me was told he had to go back to the original store to get replacement part when they had it right there and even though he had an item and receipt on hand to exchange, and another guy was given an entirely wrong part that didn't fit his vehicle and they tried to flake on him with all of us watching the stunt they were pulling. I went in for a simple spark plug and realized later on they gave me a wrong one and now I'm headed back. With discount chains, I know it's Hit or miss but lately, a bit more misses than usual. Overall, I think I lucked out, never had any real major issues with them but I sure as heck don't want to be out of luck in worst time ever and then to have to deal with folks giving the run around. It will rightfully piss anybody off. I hope these were just isolated cases. Anyway, good video.
