I have an 04 corolla s …. I have fog lights installed but they do not

Thanks for this tutorial! Just finished it on my 05 Matrix XR and it was
pretty much the same minus one screw.
how do i do it on a CE is it the same? r the plugs there or do i have to do

@daryman147 Yes, on this model there’s an extra ground effect piece that
encloses the fog light, so that you can’t easily access it.
In many cases you can access the fog lights the same you you access the fog
light bulbs when they burn out. With the vehicles front wheels up on ramps,
you can access them from underneath on your back, preferably on a roll
around flatbed.
‘ no need to take it off the front bumper for 2 foglights,,, only under the
grille and put 2 foglights under the front bumper

I need to know how to remove the plastic cover on 03 ce model without
removing the bumper
The process might be similar to the one shone in the video.
@chr0nicForc3 Usually they are around the drivers side under the dash, or
even in the engine compartment.
@monty8008 Not sure if the factory harness has all of the connections
pre-wired for your vehicle. If not you may need to run all of your own
connections
hellooo, if I only need to replace the fog light bulb do i need to take off
the entire bumper?

@LesteroonieStation You might want to also try to look under air dam.
We currently do not have a video on how to remove just that piece. There
may be a couple of tabs or screws that hold it in place.
