In this video we show how to remove the internal door card panel on a Suzuki Jimny. We needed to remove the door panel to investigate a rattle we have coming from the door – in the end this turned out to be the door lock metal bar knocking against the metal door panel.

Good video as always Simon , but where has the word " door card " come from ? I worked for car manufacturers all my working life and this was always a interior door trim panel , I assume this is an American expression .

Dang rattles!
Instead of taking the door realise handle off you can usually feed it through the door card and leave it connected to the rod.
