@OccamsAutomotiveRepair says:

There are two versions of the OTOFIX D1
The lite version is great for bi direction support and special functions. D1 does all lite stuff plus coding, D1 Pro is the D1 with a bigger screen.
The only major difference is the lite will not code modules (program/VIN BURN).

$600 for the scan tool or $100 for the dealership to do it and not screw anything up……Hmmmmmm

@countchandler5835 says:

How did you turn off the eyesight?

@richardjones647 says:

D1 Lite is a great DIY scan tool that doesn’t break the bank, but there is an even cheaper options that can do a CVT relearn. It’s new, but check out the Gearwrench Pro scan tool. Cost is about $125.

@armandoambriz53 says:

Do I need to do a relearn after swapping spark plugs on an ascent?

@michaelking42 says:

But why did it need replacing at 80,000 miles?

@TheMeans3 says:

Do you have to do this with 2017 WRX premium manual? I did not replace transmission but I did clutch and now won't go into gear. It may have fallen 8 inches onto its side. I caught it but fell from the jack

@johnf.6942 says:

Why would it need a transmission ? I have 2 2015 vehicles that have solid transmissions ?

@Belal_SF says:

Why do you need a re-learn when you change your CVT/ATF fluids, and if not performed what are the consequences ?

@horselover40 says:

I once refeived a text" im outside your house" from an unknown number.
I was expecting someone, and quickly put 2 and 2 together, but id be lying if I didnt breathe a sigh of relief when the follow up text apologozed and clarified who it was. Haha
