Think these are next on my to do list for my STI… I used to work in car audio and would shudder when customers brought in their ebay head units (remember the brand Eonon?) but these seem to be good and offer a tidy OEM-look solution that Alpine/Pioneer can't offer. For anyone who wants to retain that oem usb in the armrest, there’s an adapter on Amazon “Metra Axxess” and plugs into that small green plug if I remember correctly

I don't know if this is viable given the system already in place, but instead of sticking the microphone in the corner of the windshield, why not position it under the stock microphone plate? I have a 2010 which means no native Bluetooth, so I ended up ordering a 2011+ piece to get the grate for an OEM look.
I put mine in about a year ago. CarPlay has not work at all. It’s supposed to have the wireless CarPlay. And I know it’s under carlink2.0 but for some reason it always hovers over connecting or verifying

It's a nice headunit, but consistency of establishing connection to your phone sucks being wired or through Bluetooth. Sometimes it won't connect. It'll say connected and just stay loading and won't launch apple car play or Android auto
