Mine gets super tight before the threads are fully in (using a 12" screwdriver for leverage)…
is it safe to use a largher cheater bar to get it fully in, or am I going to damage threads on the *FRAME*?
I've gotta uproot some shrubs. This'll do it. Thanks!
Why does it look like the Foresters have a lot more storage room than the Outbacks? Do they?
Thank you. I had to go into the garage to confirm this on an Outback and Forester. Great information as always.
those tow hooks are just for looks
What size of shackle (d ring) should I use to connect to the Subaru forester standard included towing hook (eye)?
Pop the cap off cause they will fly off when being towed , tow trucks are not responsible for the caps
Being off center is OK? I see in the front of the Outback, and underneath, there are TWO attachment points, which I supposed was to allow for even pulling from the left and right side? Bu no worries in the back, just one point, off center?
Thanks! Was wondering what was supposed to go in there.
