I take it the end of the steering joints that you loosen 2 turn are splined? Or what keeps wheel lined up?

I just got a 2020 Outback XT 14 days ago. Im likely to return it due to the awful “wandering” at speeds above 55. This car will not stay on track. Little wiggles left and right Constantly and it’s exhausting to drive. Would this part Fix that completely??!!
