The low beam bulb has a metal latch which holds it in place. Repositioning the metal latch can be tricky.
Everyone is saying these are actualy the high beams but for me (2010) they are neither. They are the "position lights" (aka the dumbest most pointless lights to have ever existed)

What you replaced is not the normal low beam or "headlight" bulb. That's the highbeam.
Wish I checked the comments before a figured out that this video is wrong and he shows you how do do the HighBeam balls not the head lights

Methal Pallewatta hit it right in comments. The easy bulb to get to is highbeam, the one he showed in video. Also note, mine is a 2013. The bulbs for highbeam and regular lights are different in a plastic notch for regular and two notches for brights will block your attempts to install said bulb in wrong recepticle. Do NOT file away plastic to make fit. Its tempting but Wrong. Same bulb configure but you simply need to get correct one. Those notches are there for a reason. Currently I am still looking for info. on the proper regular light, so I cant advise.
This demo is for the high beam bulbs. The low beam bulbs are covered by caps that should be removed by turning. Following that the procedure remains the same.
