About to do this on my STI but using a lift and replacing some bolts as they come with new washers.

nice cocktail…i personally use 2 qts of GM synchromesh…1 qt of Heavy shock proof…And the same 75w-90 you used to fill it the rest of the way. Does a dam good job…can even do clutch-less shifting…not that I do it much at all…But kind of shows how good the cocktail is performing if you can shift up and down without using the clutch. Smooth and quiet with the cocktail
