I noticed my cv axle boot had popped on my 94 subaru legacy touring wagon, so instead of getting a whole new axle, we decided to re-boot my current OEM axle, the OEM axles are much stronger and higher quality than cheap aftermarket replacements.

Cool, thanks for the trick of rolling a needle nose pliers and a screwdriver to tighten the cable clamps. I did this job a few months back, I got them tight and they haven't leaked, but this is a better method that I'll be doing from now on.
