All done! Thank you mate!!! My nut in Vauxhall Meriva 1.6 Petrol was 16mm not 17 and you need spanner to hold the top bolt. overall 2hrs job incl WD-40 left it for a hour to get to work. Very useful video;-)

i hate to break it to you but the exhaust manifold is on the turbo right up near the engine,, the "exhaust manifold clamp " you're referring to is right at the other end of the car.
