Chris Baccus says:

Are there any issues with this solution passing CA smog tests since it comes in pieces?

Google User says:

Probably wouldn't be a bad idea to check for leaks before putting lines back into the mounting clips or putting the heat shield on just in case connections need more tightening.

Google User says:

Got the factory original supply line. One piece. Looks impossible to put the line on without major disassembly. Wish I bought these as I might just cut the line and put on compression fittings. Real labor intensive job with original equipment.
Somebody needs to detail that car. Lol
I usually clean up parts before I put them back on the car.

Got it finished last night. Not as bad as I thought once I got the car up on old rims in the front under the tires and supported by jack stands in the rear to allow the long factory original line to be put in place. Tucked the back over the parking brake cable after removing cable from underbody then over exhaust after lowering exhaust from rubber hangers then pulled front of line from right front to left. Then back enough under trunk to slip the front of line up in front of firewall.

My fuel filter does not have the plastic retaining clips… and when I connect the pressure fuel line to the filter it leaks… can’t get it to stop. Should there be an o-ring in there or something?

Dan Lenox says:

Just put a set of these on my wife's car today.. wasn't horrible. Biggest P.I.T.A was trying to fish the lines back through the engine bay and over the rear axle to get them where they needed to be.. an extra set of hands helps in those times. Total time took me about 4 hours, taking breaks every so often to warm up and stretch as I did it in my garage, laying on the floor when it's 15 F out. Video was extremely helpful

What is the difference with the 09-10 cobalt?

DJ Ultrax says:

Very good video, straight-forward, and painless!
