AV exposure maneuver during Aortic Valve Replacement through the Right Anterior miniThoracotomy

Educational video.
New TIP to achieve a good Aortic Valve exposure through the Right Anterior 2nd ICS minithoracotomy.
The idea is to move the mediastinum to the right, which will position Aorta and Aortic Valve in the middle of the incision.
To do this I put a tape around the SVC and take it out through a Chitwood insertion place in the 2nd ICS. By pooling the SVC, the whole mediastinum is pooled to the Right.
The femoral venous cannula should have stiff tip (Medtronic multistage) and the position the tip of the femoral venous cannula should be in the SVC.
Since I developed this maneuver I do it in all cases.
