My own Vue had an issue where the driver’s side lock switch internals were broken, causing the door to unlock themselves randomly. This will help with diagnosing and solving the issue.

@jon I bought an outlook. The lock switches on either side don't work but the doors lock when the car starts. The key fob doesn't lock or unlock the vehicle, the power mirror switch doesn't work and the switches for the back windows click but don't work. Any suggestions?

I had this same problem with the switch, although the relay was not being activated as in your case. It just stopped working. The passenger side switch and the rear door switches still worked. I ended up swapping the passenger door switch to the driver's side since I used the vehicle 99% of the time.. I thought I would swap in one of the rear door switches but behind the exposed front (which appears the same) they were different and could not be swapped.
