I have just referred to your video and it explains very well. In my case the motor and the brass shaft are working fine, but the problem is the part into where the brass shaft fits is broken. This means the shaft turns but does not engage and cannot operate the flaps. Unfortunately I do not know how to remove the broken part so any assistance would br appreciated
