This 2006 Porsche Cayenne S has 4.5L V8 engine and 350x34mm brake rotors.

350x34mm.

Front Brake Disc OEM #: 7L8615302 Right.
350x34mm.

Front Brake Pads OEM #: 7L0698151R

Also fit Touareg V10 TDI with 6-piston calipers using 350x34mm discs and having the 1LF option code.
