Porsche Boxster Door Storage Storage flap broke on my car. The flap will not hold tension. I opened it up to investigate. I found a broken part but appears to be repairable with some epoxy and a plastic part with the same hole size. Watch to see how I did it.

I have to do this on my boxter on one side prob was the spring was missing, contacted Porsche parts and you have to buy the complete lid assembly. I had to make a spring, so hopefully it’ll all work.i also repainted the lids before re assembly, thanks for the video really helped.
Wow that's cool we really enjoyed this video.
I watch both channels. I encourage you to build your DIY and for finance once or twice a week.
Quality is more important than quantity. Plus, quantity can be stress inducing.
Still, I've watched all since I joined. And I find your nerdiness, scattered attention span and face adorable. Your quirkiness and honesty makes you incredibly likeable. As long as you don't do cosmetics, reactions and countdown, I'm in.
I feel like this would be a time for 3D printing. It could be used it to make the missing piece, based off copying the non-broken side.
Always loved epoxy! So much better than super glue
