I show the entire step by step install of the Numeric 996/997 Transmission Bundle on my 2002 Porsche 911 Turbo. I have never been a big fan of the shift action on my car, and here I discover some of the reasons why it has been so bad. I have also done a lot of research to try find the perfect balance between precision and noise. So after the install I give a full review with my impressions of the product, if it’s worth the money and time to install it, and if it is to much NVH.

Definitely sticking to my 997 GT3 shift console, extremely smooth shift action and of course with steel bushings. I have tried numeric several times, it's way to notchy for me.
Purchased a 2004 996 with a GT3 delete, GT3 Shifter and numeric cables. The GT3 shifter was not as short as the Schnell's I had installed on 2 prior cars. Hence took out and put in the Schnell. Numeric cables were way noise for my liking, yet discovered they did not have the insulation ( basically heater hose ) . Installed this plus a layer of generic auto insulation on top ( there was plenty of room ). Took care of about 80% of the noise, yet still sounds like a wind leak at freeway speed. I just live with it for now. Great video, love the detail.
Great video, very interesting informative and the test drive at the end was fun!! I like the thumbnail!
Been looking forward to this one! The shifter must feel so good!
