How to Fix Porsche Rear Spoiler (996 & 997)

Rennkit Rear Spoiler eRam: https://goo.gl/Enwxuc

The Porsche 996 and 997 factory rear spoiler is known to have issues with the hydraulic mechanism. The units begin to leak and eventually the wing no longer functions. The error message: “Failure spoiler control” will appear on the dash. This can be very expensive to fix at the dealership, but luckily the folks over at Rennkit created a different solution.

The eRam Kit™ consists of two self-contained electric rams with all fasteners, electrical connections and the tiny MicroModule Device which prevents the spoiler warning. No cutting, drilling or modification of any part of the car.

Thanks for your videos! I installed the Rennkit eRam kit on my 996 Turbo 1-1/2 years ago. Great system & awesome customer service. Tracked the car this past summer; many up & down cycles. It worked flawlessly.
