It was a good video actually, quick and to the point. Apparently you need “special” instructions.

CyxRyan says:

Couldn’t reply back because im not on your contact list lol…

So will I be able to see the sensor once I pull out the thermostat? Im not sure if its the sensor or the thermostat throwing the code but both really cheap.

CyxRyan says:

Thank you for the awesome video! I need to replace mine and was a little unsure where this thermostat was at but I guess its pretty damn easy if you ask me! Question though… Im getting P0128 which could be bad thermostat or thermostat sensor so do you know where the sensor is located as well? I’m also going to do a radiator flush as well.

Kevin Koranda says:

Seth faRmer says:

Sergio Fonseca says:

sorry i replied so late!!! i am assuming you fixed the problem by now? if not, this might fix your problem, the only way is to do it. Its a cheap fix. are you having any other problems? also make sure your reserve has anti freeze in it, it might just be really low

Sergio Fonseca says:

yes… sorry i replied so late!! do you need help?

Sergio Fonseca says:

did u watch the same video as everyone else? never mentioned a vette in my video!!! and why would i ever do a t star on a vette if i dont own one? my question to you is where the hell did all this hate come from??

pshabou says:

@ papakeete….You have to win this years D BAG of the year. First of all the fuckin video says 2004 Grand Prix you dumb ass…not a vette or a 5.3. This is a 3.8 and a GRAND PRIX you moron. It is called the upper radiator hose you jack ass, there is a upper and lower hose on this car, and only a dumb fuck like you would care if someone called it a motor or engine. Such a fool you are……

papakeetee says:

follow the upper hose??? guess u never did a t-stat on a vette or a 5.3….and it’s not a “motor”, it’s an engine…and why would you give a tutorial on something you already took apart?? gawd some people are just fucking retarded! btw hahahaha fuck the patriots fuck tom brady fuck’em all!

imatty4 says:

Yeah thanks for the help

imatty4 says:

How do you flush the antifreeze out?

Mark Case says:

Thank you sir. Great video.

Sergio Fonseca says:

If you feel you think the video needs to be better, I can make another one! Just let me know plz

Sergio Fonseca says:

Also make sure u notice how the thermo is in place before u remove it. U wanna put it back exactly like u took it out.

Sergio Fonseca says:

Their is two screws holding the housing in place. they are the only thing i had a hard time removing. The thermostat will pop rite out. U might have to use a flat head. And u will loose a water bottle worth of antifreeze. Make sure care is cold!
