I have a 08 G6 GT coupe with the monsoon system. After 4 harnesses I found on Amazon PAC C2R-GM11B harness works with the monsoon system. You do have to cut into the OE harness the pink wire (4th wire) and connect it to the RED acc wire.
Hoping your still able to help me I know this video was quit a while ago but I have a 09 Pontiac g6 and I want to change the stereo the speakers eventually get a sub as well. But my main goal is speakers front and back lower .. what would I need to buy. I keep watching videos to see if there was any certain wiring kits or anything .

Yo I have a Pontiac 06 g6 and I tried to install different radio but when I hook up the new radio it powers on but no sound. But when I hook the radio up to another speaker it works. Then when I hooked back up the old radio there’s sound coming from car speakers. Is it bc I have the wrong wire harness? Harness was Metra 70-2103 radio harness for G6 04-up
