When I had my GTP I replaced all of mine and a few more than once. I also had a co-worker that had a Regal that had one go on them. Built to fail!
D man, my dads 2000 grand prix rear driver side door panel , T screws striped on us. We were just trying to put window back on its track. Please, is there any way possible to remove those screws ourselves? Muchly appreciated, Torres family.

Very awesome useful vid! I've replaced at least 5 of these on my GS not sure if it's the cheap eBay parts that are failing or if it's because water is getting inside from the bad window mounding. 🙂
