Hey all, here is a short video with 2 quick updates on how to repair a radiator core This process can be used for other cars and other years of Trans Am and Firebirds as well. Before I weld in the repair plates I am going to have the core support sandblasted then after I do the repairs I will have it powder coated satin black. The rest of the engine bay will be painted with satin black chassis paint but the core support gets more abuse thus the need for powder coating.
