Extremely good video thanks, only trouble is my bottom nut is rusted solid, so when I go to undo it it just spins and there is nothing to get a grip on, ideally there would be internalised allen to install allen key into so that I could stop it from spinning whilst I undo it. Will try heating it up to see if I have any joy. Any suggestions much appreciated. Thanks.
