I have problem with reverse camera view :/
Reverse camera doesnt work when I’m in CarPlay menu (or apps), I hear sound when camera is turning on and screen from CarPlay frozen.
If i want to see view from reverse camera I need to switch to original unit.
I found option abpie reverse camera in unit settings, turn it on but it doesn’t work 🙁
How I should connect it?
Seller told me I should find wire with 12V when I switch to rear gear and then I should connect that reverse camera wire on the power cable to wire in my car connector. Someone can show me how to connect it to have view from reverse camera when I switch to rear gear?
My car is Peugeot 308 T9 2.0 BlueHdi Allure 2015y.

Whenever you have CarPlay or Android Auto on the screen, are the pop-up messages from the car also shown (e.g. park distance control, or when you start windshield wipers in auto mode etc)

I use the Android car play app but have no music while playing Spotify. Even when I am looking for the source there is no aux available. Any idea??
can you move with the wheel on the steering wheel inside the menu to select the various options, or is it like me wrong?
i have a 308 from oct 2015, but when i press and hold list i DONT get the options menu like you have, so no mirror, car play etc etc… only fm, dab etc. I had the car this week to dealer who updated my software so that cant be the cae? help

One question:
When my phone is connected to Carplay via Bluetooth, it is no longer connected to the original phone application within the Peugeot system, correct? What happens then if I receive a call while I am not actively using Carplay. If, for example, I get into the car, turn on the normal radio and someone calls me a couple of minutes later. Will I see that call anywhere? Does the Carplay phone app pop up?

Hello, I have bought the carplay unit from aliexpress, link you have shared. Installed all in my peugeot 308 2016 allure. I have one issue, everytime when I shift to fourth gear and start to acceletate the screen turn to reverse camera screen. On all other gears the unit works great. Did you notice similar issue, if yes what was the fix. Second question, what is the pasword to wifi for the car play unit. Thanks
What about phone integration? Are your phone connected to the original car Bluetooth or the “new” unit? And when someone calls when the screen are in CarPlay mode? Does the mic work in both systems still? If ex my phone are connected to CarPlay unit and wife’s phone are to original Bluetooth?
