Jay Leno's Garage says:

Friend and musician, Paul Jackson Jr. drops by the Garage with his ’69
Oldsmobile 442. It still holds up to it’s name from the 60’s as the “Keeper
of Cool.”

Sebastian m says:

I get the “No replacement for displacement!” But weight, aerodynamics, and
rolling resistance are also important factors.

I’m not one to fixate on fuel economy (especially with these old muscle
cars), but
FIVE (and a half) MILES TO THE GALLON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THAT’S HORRIBLE!
I hope he has at least a 20 gallon tank; if that’s his daily driver.
Anything smaller and stopping for fuel daily.
