Have you ever done this on a earlier model? I had to change the one on my '91 Olds 88 and I did have to take the motor mount loose and actually lift the engine part way out because there was no clearance between the mount and the pump. I have a video on my channel if youre curious.
So I have the water pump, cerpentin belt, and tensioner to replace. This video gave me a good idea on how to do it.
